AI & Neurodivergence
The right minds for the machines
Four independent evidence domains converge on one finding: the cognitive styles associated with ADHD and the autism spectrum are structurally well-suited to the AI-collaborative operating model toward which the data center industry is already moving.
This work names the field — Divergosynnoetics, the study and design of synergistic cognitive partnerships between neurodivergent minds and artificial cognitive systems. This is not a diversity argument. It is an operational one.
Eternal Harmony is an AI research and development company. The industry we are part of has already converged on 'bounded AI agents propose, humans retain final approval' — without yet asking which humans are best suited to that seat. We believe the evidence answers that question, and that answering it serves the industry, the workers it has been excluding, and the communities that host its infrastructure.
