Pure-PyTorch Mamba-2 SSD

A complete drop-in replacement for mamba_ssm Triton kernels that runs on any device — CPU, CUDA, even systems where Triton won't build. Enables the entire Mamba-2 ecosystem to work on Windows and consumer hardware.
